It's so smart and simple: we have agreements with hundreds of venues and caterers to pay us a lead generation fee for bringing them great business so you won't have to. Drop-off catering (currently available via invitation only) are available for you to browse freely on our website before you order. An additional admin or delivery fee may apply depending on the drop-off menu you select.
Absolutely! Once we "in-clued" clients to the best in the industry, they entrust us with a whole spectrum of events. You will find that we are addictive (customer's words). We have extensive experience organizing global conferences, team off-sites, product launches, and a variety of event productions/designs. We've been told in-clued has helped customers get promoted, travel through time, and even find their true love. We are so obsessed with perfecting corporate events that our website mainly caters to corporate users. HOWEVER, because we are foremost infatuated with ensuring our user's event needs are addressed holistically, we absolutely accept personal event requests from existing users or their referrals. This includes weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby / bridal showers, celebrity DJ events...Basically, once you are "in-clued," there's no limit to how far we'll go for you.
Your prayer has been answered - we source venues and caterers across multiple oceans and continents for many clients. We only ask that you contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and that the event budget is at least $20,000 outside of New York City (in food & beverage, before tax,tip, rental & admin).

We'd love to ask for a minimum food & beverage spend of $3,500 (before admin, tax & tip) to guarantee our 2 business day turnaround. You can certainly source venues below that budget, but we just can't guarantee a 2 day turn around time

We absolutely understand that no two events are the same and actually prefer that users specify their event needs as much as possible in the comment section. Please feel free to elaborate as much as possible - the more you say, the more we can perfect our recommendations for you.
Through a very complex algorithm not even the world's best hacker can crack. There's a bit of magic involved too, but I fear I've said too much already. We curate every single venue we partner with and have a very thorough review process to ensure your event is executed flawlessly EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Full service catering comes with the whole enchilada - food, beverages, glassware, plates, servers, bartenders and sometimes design/equipment rental depending on your need. Drop-off catering simply refers to meals delivered to you that you would self-serve. Every menu and kitchen who deliver to your office has been carefully curated by yours truly, so be prepared to be wowed by not only the food quality but also the beautiful set-up and execution.
Drop-off service comes with varying minimums as stated on each menu. Full service catering tends to be more expensive because of the amount of coordination and humans involved, at least until robots can elegantly mix your cocktails and pass delicate hors d'oeuvres. For full service, we'd like to request a minimum budget of $5K before tax & tip to guarantee a 2-day turnaround.
Like our answer under venue sourcing, treat yourself to in-clued! You and your time are precious. We live and breathe venues & menus 24x7, so trust us - your colleagues sitting through yet another "working lunch" will tear up when they see the delicious and beautiful spread you've ordered just for them.
For drop-offs, you pay in-clued directly via our online platform (credit card or invoice/bank transfer). For full-service catering, it depends on the size of your event or if you end up going through with our own personal catering staff or one of our partners. That's right - we frequently do the catering ourselves with the top 1% staff you only see at the glitziest events.
This is possibly the hardest and most fattening part of our job: we review, test, & inspect everything from each kitchen's logistics, presentation, and food quality. Logistics is key because when you are serving food for large groups (possibly the population of a small island), the delivery not only needs to pass your security points, but also real-estate limitations, insurance requirements, wait time while that EVP finishes his/her presentation, and your grandmother's sixth sense.
That would be like eating a five-star twelve course meal without the wine-pairing, so no. We are absolutely open to meeting the best in the event industry, including but not limited to AV/Tech providers, furniture/equipment rental, DJ/bands, photographers, florists, and other entertainers. That's like asking which one of your kids you favor more, so it's almost impossible to answer. We recommend venues/caterers we fervently and confidently believe is best for your specific event. Once you've been in-clued multiple times, you are going to find it hard to answer which one of our partners is your favorite. The struggle is real.
